Get your heart beating and your blood racing with our cardio equipment. We have a wide selection of cardiovascular equipment from treadmills, ellipticals, ascent trainers, climbmills, bikes and concept 2 rowing machines. Our range of cardio kit can cater for all of our members abilities and personal needs.
If your goal is to build muscle, increase strength and raise your metabolism then our free weight section is the perfect place for you. We have a magnitude of dumbbells/barbells, benches, squat rack, smith machine, cable pulleys and plate loaded kit all available for you to use.
Our fixed resistance machines are a great way to start a strength training routine and develop the base strength and stability needs prior to using free weights. From the multi press, lat pull down, chest fly/rev fly to the leg press, leg extension/curl, hip ab/adductors, our members can have a whole body workout in a single training session.
Our functional training space provides you with the freedom to perform a multitude of movement patterns and train in different planes of motion too. With the help of tools such as the TRX, kettlebells, battle ropes, Swiss balls, medicine balls, agility ladders, you can train your body for stability, strength and power all in one spot.
Group Exercise Classes
All group exercise classes are included in the membership at K5 Health and Fitness. We have a wide range of classes with Les Mills branded classes integrated into our studio timetable. As well as also having yoga, pilates, barre, group cycling, HIIT and much, much more on offer, we’re confident we have a suitable class for everyone regardless of ones fitness age and ability level.

Meet The Team
Chris, Dave and Claire…
HEALTH & FITNESS MANAGER
David has a background in health and fitness having studied extensively with the CHEK Institute, and holds a diploma in Personal Training with Premier Global. With over fifteen years working in the industry, he’s gained an abundance of experience working amongst several different populations.
In 2014 Dave helped set up K5fitness with his best friend and fellow colleague Chris Southall which successfully ran for over five years situated at Aston Wood Golf Club. It was there David developed successful exercise programmes tailored specifically for his clients needs and goals, and most importantly established long term relationships with clients and the gyms members.
STUDIO & EVENTS MANAGER
Claire joins the team with a wealth of experience, originally from London she was the regional group fitness manager for the London City east region for Fitness First. Her whole background is about group fitness programmes and classes!
Claire will be running our class timetable, programming the right classes at the right time to cater for our members! She is currently auditioning for instructors and will lead our Les Mills programmes, Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Balance.
Chris orchestrated the design and construction of K5 Health & Fitness. Chris’s role as General Manager will be to create an environment where our members needs are closely considered and expectations are met by integrating a team of perfectionists within their field of Health & Fitness.
We are looking to bring a high class service back to the local area, with the very highest standards set in every area of our facility.
